Midday on June ninth, a man was fatally injured at the Silk Curtain with a knife by one Cedric Ellington.  It is believed that he was intoxicated or under the influence of something else. Cedric is a half elf with blond hair and blue eyes, around five foot six with a slender build.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the half elf is asked to report to the Guard House. Under no circumstance should he approached, as he is believed to be dangerous and somewhat unstable. Instead inform the guard and he will be dealt with.
