For several weeks now the weather surrounding the mountain pass has grown worse, with day after day of heavy snowfall coming down from the peaks. The weather itself is strange for the season, causing many to speculate as to what might be the cause of it. This change in weather has made the mountain pass nearly impossible to travel, and extremely dangerous. Surely the stall in trade and travel would draw the attention of the people of Eldarus, likely frustrating many merchants and wanderers.

I will be away on a camping trip from the July 22-26th. Any character applications that are sent in after the morning of the 22 will likely not be looked at/approved untill I return home. The Jolly Coachman, the once beloved tavern of Eldarus that was left in ruins after an apparent ‘missunderstandng’ with a Dragon is likely to be getting a new owner within the comming weeks.

It is said that one formerly accused murderer and all around odd fellow, Cedric Ellington  approached Ol’ Barney with the intention of purchasing the land and the rubble where the Old man’s former  establishment once stood proud.
